耐老化性

TPE在很多不同条件下，如在水雾、臭氧、室外大气老化等条件下，化学稳定性优良。象大多数弹性体一样，在紫外光作用下会发生降解，因此对于室外应用或制品受阳光照射的条件，配方中应添加紫外光防护助剂，其中包括炭黑和各种颜料或其它屏蔽材料;此外TPE还具有不同程度的水解性。
